Route
A special thanks to Starfire
Sports at Fort Dent Park and the City of Tukwila for welcoming
us to their community. Everyone will enjoy this relaxing
5K walk (running is optional) along the beautiful Green River and Interurban Trails.
The path is well-maintained
and paved so those with physical limitations can participate.
Exhibitors booths along the path will provide a variety of
activities for the kids and information about domestic violence.
Rest areas are available at
the many parks along the trail. Most have public restrooms
available. Security will be provided by the Tukwila Police
Department to assure everyone’s safety.
Registration
Individual and Team
registrations are welcome. Each participant will be required to
pay a $10 registration fee. Participants who also provide $20 or
more in sponsorships (for a total $30) and complete their
registration by Sept. 19 will be eligible for an SOS Domestic
Violence T-shirt and other great prizes.

Information
Starfire Sports at Fort Dent
Park is located at 14800 Starfire Way in Tukwila, Washington.
There is no free participant parking available at Fort Dent
Park. Free parking is available at the Towne & Country Suites
Hotel located at 4800 Interurban Ave. S. in Tukwila. Free
shuttle service is available from the parking lots beginning at
9:00 am and will run all day at no charge.
Directions
I-405 Northbound
Take the WA-181 S. / West
Valley Hwy. exit number 1 (toward Tukwila). Turn LEFT onto West
Valley Hwy. / Interurban Ave. S. / WA-181 N. and continue to an
participant parking location to park then take the shuttle to
the park.
I-405 Southbound
Take the WA-181 S. / West
Valley Hwy. exit number 1 (toward Tukwila). Turn LEFT onto West
Valley Hwy. / Interurban Ave. S. / WA-181 N. and continue to an
participant parking location to park then take the shuttle to
the park.
I-5 Northbound &
Southbound
Northbound – Exit 154
(Renton-Hwy I-405 N.)

Public Transportation
Due to a lack of available
on-site parking, participants are encouraged to use one of the
many buses that serve the area. The 150, 154, 160 and 163 routes
each stop at Fort Dent Way and Interurban Ave.
